Urgent update message to residents at 2100 on 25th June 2014

The Police have closed Chiltern Hill because of a sinkhole at its junction with Lower Road.

Transport for Bucks have identified the problem as a broken waste pipe which they are attempting to replace, but Chiltern Hill might not reopen until Thursday morning, 26th June.

In the meantime, please use either the Upway or the Woodside Hill entrance and be prepared for extra traffic through the Estate, particularly along Lincoln Road and Woodside Hill since there is no other access to Hiljon Crescent or the businesses at the foot of Chiltern Hill.
