Here is the welcome pack of documents for new residents, the Annual Report which we sent out ahead of the AGM can be found HERE.
George is on the Chalfont Heights Roads Committee, and also the co-ordinator for the estate Neighbourhood Watch scheme. For these he runs a series of email alerts, which you can opt into as interests you, they are:
- emails about the estate from the Roads Committee (virtually all properties subscribe to this)
- Community alerts, distributed by us as a Neighbourhood Watch (about 85% subscribe to this)
- notifications of new planning applications in the estate.
There are also WhatsApp groups for “Chalfont Heights General” and “Chalfont Heights Neighbourhood Watch” which you can opt-in to by letting George know.
If you are new to the Estate and wish to receive our emails, could you possibly fill in the GDPR data consent form (which also has your email choices) and send it back to George – e-copy, a scan, or just a mobile phone shot, is fine.
It would help greatly to have confirmation of adult resident names at the property, email addresses (and preferences), the landline number if you have one, and any mobile numbers, just for our CHRC database.
