BT Infinity Slow Speeds

We recently installed BT ‘Superfast’ Infinity broadband and have found the speeds to be really really slow and nothing like the advertised 38mb service. I checked the speeds today on a BBC broadband speed checker and we were getting less than 4mb!!!

If anyone else is experiencing the same super slow speeds can you let me know, would like to take this as an issue to BT.

Yes I have also reported it as being slow. Had BT Infinity for over a year and it is poor both ways up, no change if hard wired into the hub or wireless.
