'Gates'??

I see this section of the forum has ‘gates’ in the title. Could someone explain the thoughts on that please as a resident to the estate. I suppose it’s not about personal gates to a property but gating the whole estate off?

Reading some of the stuff from the AGM’s gone it seems there is a security issue on the estate. Maybe gates to the whole estate would be a good idea then.
