One section of the website - the Forum - is open only to residents of the estate: it is password protected.
CHRC have recently updated and published the Estate’s privacy policy, this has been distributed by hand to every household. To date we have had 95% compliance.

Chalfont Heights Roads Committee sends sincere condolences to Janet and all the family of Paul Cassell, who sadly died recently.
Paul served the Chalfont Heights estate as a Committee member, Trustee, and also Chairman. He was unfailingly calm and considered in all his dealings. Those who worked closely with him fondly remember his wry humour and wisdom.
Paul will be much missed in the estate, and his extensive service to all who live in Chalfont Heights is much appreciated.

The CHRC AGM will take place this evening at 7.30pm in the Chalfont St Peter CoE Parish Hall. We look forward to seeing you there this evening.

There will be a road sweep of the Estate tomorrow Thursday 23rd November from 9am to 4pm.
Our Contractor Waste King have a map of the Heights and will endeavour to sweep with minimal damage to the verges.

There will be roadworks on Joiners Lane for most of the day on Monday 30th October 2017.
This is especially good news as the Bucks CC works will fill in the gaps in the road between Upway and Joiners Lane, which had been identified as a hazard.
CHRC will be organising the first of our annual road sweeps on the week commencing 20th November 2017. Please ensure that the verges are kept clear and that visiting trades as asked to park on resident’s driveways. Please note the vehicle conducting the sweep is from a company called Waste King.
