There will be roadworks on Joiners Lane for most of the day on Monday 30th October 2017.
This is especially good news as the Bucks CC works will fill in the gaps in the road between Upway and Joiners Lane, which had been identified as a hazard.

Road Sweep – Mid November
CHRC will be organising the first of our annual road sweeps on the week commencing 20th November 2017. Please ensure that the verges are kept clear and that visiting trades as asked to park on resident’s driveways. Please note the vehicle conducting the sweep is from a company called Waste King.

Road Works on Upway 19th July 2017
Afinity Water have started the final stage of repairs for the water main on Upway and have informed us that they will finish the works today!
As a result of the works the Upway entrance will be shut for most of the day. We will issue further notices of information as we receive them from the contractors, we were only notified this morning when the contractors arrived.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – RESURFACING WORKS
Our contractors will be conducting resurfacing works to several roads in the estate in early to mid July. These proposed works are weather dependent, and require preparatory work to be carried out beforehand.
