IMPORTANT NOTICE – RESURFACING WORKS

Our contractors will be conducting resurfacing works to several roads in the estate in early to mid July. These proposed works are weather dependent, and require preparatory work to be carried out beforehand.

Please note any dates below which may apply to you. If you have neighbours who are unlikely to receive notice by email please could you tell them or otherwise draw it to our attention?

Stolen Vehicle on Chiltern Ave 14th Jan

Dear Resident,
Between 1900 on Thursday evening and 0730 this morning, Friday, a black Land Rover Discovery was stolen from the driveway of a house in Upper Chiltern Hill near the Upway corner. The distinctive registration plate is 8 BNA and the police have been informed.

If any residents who have CCTV could a) scan through this time period and b) keep any footage recorded between these times, that will be helpful.

Next Road Sweep Friday 15th January

Dear Resident

The roads in the estate will be swept of leaves this Friday, 15th January. The contractor is H McGovern & Sons. As usual, we would ask all residents please to ensure that the verge and road outside their property are kept clear of vehicles from breakfast time on Friday. Please ask trade and delivery vehicles to park on driveways.
